  1. 30-Day Warranty: We offer a 30-day warranty on all products purchased from Lessize. This warranty covers manufacturing defects or issues that arise with the product within 30 days of the purchase date.

  2. Eligibility for Refund: To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

    • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags and labels attached.
    • The request for a refund must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase.
    • The product should not have been damaged or altered by the customer.
  3. Damaged Products: We do not accept returns or provide refunds for products that have been damaged by the customer. This includes, but is not limited to, stains, tears, alterations, or any other damage caused after the purchase.

  4. Refund Process: If you meet the eligibility criteria mentioned above, please follow these steps to initiate the refund process:

    • Contact our customer support team within 30 days of the purchase date, providing the order details and reason for the refund request.
    • Our team will review your request and guide you through the return process, including providing the necessary return address and instructions.
