1. 30-Day Warranty: We offer a 30-day warranty on all products purchased from Lessize. This warranty covers manufacturing defects or issues that arise with the product within 30 days of the purchase date.

2. Eligibility for Refund: To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

   • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags and labels attached.
   • The request for a refund must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase.
   • The product should not have been damaged or altered by the customer.

3. Damaged Products: We do not accept returns or provide refunds for products that have been damaged by the customer. This includes, but is not limited to, stains, tears, alterations, or any other damage caused after the purchase.

4. Refund Process: If you meet the eligibility criteria mentioned above, please follow these steps to initiate the refund process:

   • Contact our customer support team within 30 days of the purchase date, providing the order details and reason for the refund request.
   • Our team will review your request and guide you through the return process, including providing the necessary return address and instructions.
   • Once we receive the returned product and verify its eligibility, we will process the refund within [15~20] business days.
   • The refund will be issued in the original form of payment used during the purchase.

5. Exchange: If you wish to exchange a product for a different size or color, please contact our customer support team. We will assist you with the exchange process, provided the product meets the eligibility criteria mentioned in point 2.

Please note that shipping charges for returning the product are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
